Wok Chicken Stir Fry


  • 4 x skinned Chicken Breasts Sliced Lengthwise
  • 1 x large packet Ready Prepared Stir Fry Vegetables
  • 1 Tablespoon Medium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Tamarind Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Froggit Wok Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Froggit Jalapeno Medium Chili Sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons Froggit Wild Rosemary and Garlic Oil


  1. In a wok, heat 2 tablespoons Froggit Wild Rosemary Oil
  2. Add stir fry vegetables and cover with lid for 1 minute
  3. Remove lid and add Soy Sauce, Wok Sauce, and cover for 1 minute
  4. Then add the water, Tamarind and Fish Sauce stirring all the time
  1. In a separate pan heat 2 tablespoons of Froggit Wild Rosemary and Garlic Oil
  2. When hot add chicken and Froggit Jalapeno Chilli sauce stirring all the time
  3. This should only take about two to three minutes - don't overcook it!!
  4. Pour chicken into wok with stir fry vegetables and fold in, serve on rice.
