Marinade
- 100 ml Soya sauce;
- 20 ml Mirin sauce;
- 10 ml Rice vinegar;
- 1 tsp ELBOWS UP Chilli X (Our latest release – available from our shop at Lifestyle Gourmet Market);
- 1 tsp ELBOWS UP ohLAY ohLAY cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil;
- 1 tsp Freshly grated ginger juice.
Mix all ingredients together. Add 500g organic free range chicken breasts cut into slithers. Mix well. Leave to marinade for 2 hours, or preferably over night.
Stir fry chicken very quickly on a hot wok. Place chicken in serving dish, cover and leave to cool for a few minutes. (Chicken slithers can still be a tad rare when removed from the wok as they will continue to cook through.)
To serve: Drizzle FROGGIT Plum & Jalapeno Chutney generously over the slithers of stir-fried chicken and enjoy with crispy steamed vegetables.
