Wok Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients

4 x skinned Chicken Breasts Sliced Lengthwise
-
1 x large packet Ready Prepared Stir Fry Vegetables
-
1 Tablespoon Medium Soy Sauce
-
1 Teaspoon Tamarind Paste
-
1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
-
4 Tablespoons Water
-
2 Tablespoons Froggit Wok Sauce
-
2 Tablespoons Froggit Jalapeno Medium Chili Sauce

4 Tablespoons Froggit Wild Rosemary and Garlic Oil
Method
Sauce
-
In a wok heat 2 tablespoons Froggit Wild Rosemary Oil
-
Add stir fry vegetables and cover with lid for 1 minute
-
Remove lid and add Soy Sauce, Wok Sauce, and cover for 1 minute
-
Then add the water, Tamarind and Fish Sauce stirring all the time
Chicken
-
In a separate pan heat 2 tablespoons of Froggit Wild Rosemary and Garlic Oil
-
When hot add chicken and Froggit Jalapeno Chilli sauce stirring all the time
-
This should only take about two to three minutes - don't overcook it!!

Pour chicken into wok with stir fry vegetables and fold in, serve on rice.
